Refund policy
Overview
At XCLSV Studios, we stand behind the quality of every product we produce. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, process exchanges, and issue refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
All Sales Are Final — Limited Exception Policy
Due to the exclusive, limited-run nature of XCLSV Studios drops, all sales are final. We produce a finite number of units per collection and do not restock. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
• Change of mind: You changed your mind after purchasing.
• Wrong size selected: You ordered the wrong size. Please refer to our size guide on the product page before purchasing.
• Item not as expected: The item does not match your personal expectations of color, fit, or style when all product images and descriptions were provided at the time of purchase.
• Delivery delays: Order was delayed by the carrier beyond our estimated delivery window.
We strongly encourage all customers to review our product photos, size guide, and product description thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Eligible Returns — Defective or Incorrect Items
We will accept a return, exchange, or issue a full refund only under the following circumstances:
• Manufacturing defect: Your item arrived with a defect that was present prior to shipment, including but not limited to: broken stitching, printing errors, holes, tears, or significant fabric flaws not caused by the customer.
• Wrong item shipped: You received an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong colorway, or wrong item entirely).
• Damaged in transit: Your item arrived visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling, and you are able to provide documentation.
To initiate an eligible return or exchange:
• Step 1: Contact us at contact@xclsvstudios.com within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date.
• Step 2: Include your full name, order number, a clear description of the issue, and at least two photographs documenting the defect or damage.
• Step 3: Do not ship the item back until you have received a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Items shipped back without an RA number will not be accepted or refunded.
• Step 4: Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Ship the item in its original or comparable packaging.
• Step 5: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
⚠ NOTE: The 7-day window starts from the date the carrier marks your package as delivered — not the date you contact us. Check your tracking information.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items are not eligible for return or exchange if:
• Worn or washed: The item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• Tags removed: Hang tags or labels have been removed from the garment.
• Outside return window: The return request was submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery.
• No documentation: You are unable to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account. XCLSV Studios is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
Giveaway and Gifted Items
Items received as part of a giveaway, promotional campaign, or gifted collaboration are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including defect claims. These items are provided at no cost and are accepted as-is.
